Modern in the Hills

You know what I love about mid century modern design? It's artisanal and organic. You just know the designers used some restraint to scale down the traditional and bring something much cleaner and smoother to life highlighting the subtlest details.  I can't tell you how much I appreciate those little details.  A hook, or a latch, or a rivet.  I just adore the feel of this home.  I love the lines, and the colours and all the interesting objects, and of course the picturesque setting in the California Hills.
